These Terms & Conditions govern all transportation and logistics services provided by BMN Logistics. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.

BMN Logistics offers transportation and logistics solutions as agreed at the time of booking. Service scope, routes, and timelines are based on information provided by the client.

Clients must provide complete and valid documents including invoice, e-way bill, and statutory permissions. BMN Logistics is not responsible for delays due to document issues.

Freight charges are agreed at booking. Delayed or non-payment may result in service suspension or delayed delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, or government actions are beyond our control.

BMN Logistics is not an insurer unless agreed in writing. Clients are advised to insure goods independently.

Dangerous, illegal, or prohibited goods must not be shipped without prior written consent. Responsibility lies solely with the client.

Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within the specified time after delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
